Why This Role Is Special

As a Back of House Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and consistency. Your leadership will be key in maintaining a smooth, efficient kitchen environment where our culinary team can shine.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Supervise and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Quality Control: Maintain strict quality checks on food preparation and presentation, guaranteeing that every dish is perfect.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the flow of kitchen operations, from food prep to plating, ensuring smooth service during busy periods.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering their growth and helping them excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and reduce waste to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
  • Safety First: Ensure all food safety, health, and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Problem Solver: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise during service, keeping the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine.
