Boiler Install Administrator
Havant - 2 days in office, 3 days remote (subject to change and updated weekly)
Up to £28,000
Hyde is looking for a Boiler Install Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing a busy workload while providing a helpful and reliable service to customers.
As a Boiler Install Administrator, you’ll help coordinate boiler installation works from booking through to completion. You’ll manage key administration tasks, keep records accurate, support operatives with their schedules and keep customers updated throughout the process.
Key Duties
- Monitor the shared mailbox, process BH1 forms and raise accurate work orders for boiler installations.
- Check asbestos documents are in place before works are booked.
- Keep customers updated by phone, text and email throughout the installation process.
- Raise purchase orders for materials and coordinate operatives’ diaries to keep work moving.
- Prioritise urgent jobs, work with internal teams and external suppliers, and help complete installations within agreed timescales.
- Resolve issues and queries quickly, taking ownership from the first booking through to completion.
