About The Role
A Bonding Operative/FLT is sought for a manufacturing firm in Wellington, offering £13.34 hourly on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. Duties include operating a bonding press to produce circuit boards, stripping layers with dry film, laying up laminates, loading the press, and monitoring pressure and temperature. Visual inspections ensure quality standards are met. The post also involves counterbalance forklift work: unloading materials from racking, general warehousing and stores tasks, plus manual handling when lifting products. Candidates need a valid CB licence, production experience, and a flexible approach to supporting both machine operation and warehouse duties as required.

Bonding Operative/Warehouse with FLT
Our perfectly formed manufacturing company based in Hortonwood is looking for a full-time temporary to permanent CB FLT Operator, who is happy to help in the manufacturing side as and when required.
You will be using a machine to develop the product, using a bonding press in the production of a circuit board, stripping layers using a dry film, laying up laminates into a package and placing into the press, processing the product through the machine, monitoring the pressure and temperature, and checking the quality with visual inspections.

The other part of your role is counterbalance forklift truck driving, unloading materials from the racking, general warehousing/stores, and manual handling as will involve lifting products at times.
Ideal Candidate
- FLT CB Licence
- Manufacturing Experience Education or Work
- Able to lift up to 25Kg
- Ability to adapt and work in different departments

08:15-16:45 40 hours over 5 days (Monday to Friday)
