Boning Hall Manager - Food Manufacturing
My client, a successful and well-respected food manufacturer in South Wales, is seeking a Boning / Butchery Manager to oversee and lead the production within a fast-paced meat processing environment.
Reporting to the Operations Manager
You will be responsible for all operations and execution of the plan, as per customer demand, adhering to health and safety on site.
Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- As a ‘people person’, you will manage, develop, and lead your teams
- KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and people development

Skills and Experience
- Working within a Butchery environment
- Short Interval Control
- Familiar with yield measurement systems
- Focused on continuous improvement, CI efficiencies, and LEAN processes
- Strong communicator
- Budgetary/financial awareness
- Leadership skills, keen to develop, educate, and drive change from within
- Management of team, including supervisors and operatives

Role
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 7am-8am
- Hours: 40-42 hpw with flexibility as needed for the business
- Salary: Dependant on experience
- Career Progression and Development: Available
