M&M Theatrical Productions is the UK's leading provider of children's touring educational theatre and pantomime performances. Every year, we bring inspiring live theatre experiences to thousands of primary school children across the UK and Ireland, often introducing them to the magic of theatre for the very first time.
We're looking for enthusiastic, driven, and personable Bookings Agents to join our growing team in Ayr.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Bookings Agent, you'll play a key role in helping schools access our productions and educational experiences.

- Building strong relationships with schools and educational clients
- Managing enquiries and guiding customers from initial contact through to performance day
- Encouraging repeat bookings and identifying future opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey
- Maintaining accurate records and updating our CRM system
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
You'll receive comprehensive in-house training on our productions, systems, and sales processes to help you succeed.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous experience in sales, bookings, telesales, or customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, self-motivated attitude
- The ability to handle objections and overcome challenges effectively
- A target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed goals

What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary of £25,000
- Uncapped commission structure with earning potential of £35,000+ OTE

Working Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
