Full Time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our busy administration team in providing a professional and effective Outpatient Booking and Scheduling Service and Clinic Management support for the Trust. This role combines working between the scheduling and clinic management teams.
The shifts required for this role are listed below. Please note that this pattern may be subject to change based on business' needs.
- Monday: 8am to 4pm
- Tuesday: 8am to 4pm
- Wednesday: 9am to 5pm
- Thursday: 10am to 6pm
- Friday: 8am to 4pm
The role requires an enthusiastic, competent and proactive individual with an appreciation and understanding of the confidential nature of the work. Applicants should be excellent communicators with good telephone skills and have the ability to deal with the general public on a daily basis and maintain a positive approach to customer care. Computer literacy is essential as you will be required to input and extract information from a number of Trust Patient Administrative Systems.

Responsibilities
Responsible for providing an efficient and high quality service to support the Central Booking Office in the management of patient waiting lists, booking and scheduling outpatient appointments and ensuring that national and regional KPI's targets are met.
The post holder will deal with all aspects of creating clinics in Lorenzo, clinic maintenance, clinic cancellations, ensuring patients are notified on the phone or via the Trust Portal and re-booked as soon as possible, and other duties associated with clinic management.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
