Founded by Mignon Matthews in 1990, M+P Models is one of London’s leading boutique women’s model agencies, with over 35 years at the forefront of the modelling industry. Our personal approach to management is at the heart of the agency, working closely with our talent throughout their careers to nurture their development and help each model build their own unique identity and brand.
M+P Models are looking for a full-time, entry-level Booking Assistant to join our team in London.
Previous experience in photography and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front-of-house communications, including answering the intercom and handling walk-ins and model appointments.
- Take and edit model polaroids and videos, including image retouching where required.
- Download and organise imagery, keeping model portfolios, digitals and comp cards up to date.
- Update and maintain model information on the agency’s booking system.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for models when required.
- Assist with the agency’s social media platforms, such as TikTok.
- Prepare, scan and chase model contracts.
- Provide administrative support to the booking team and assist with daily office operations.
- Assist with scouting and the development of new talent.

What we're looking for:
- A genuine interest in the fashion and modelling industry.
- Strong photography and videography skills, with a creative eye.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom and InDesign.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to review your own work, identify mistakes and ensure accuracy.
- Able to prioritise tasks and work quickly and productively under pressure.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to use initiative.
- A good understanding of social media and current industry trends.
- A keen eye for identifying new talent.
