Join our Dermatology Administration team and play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their care journey. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and booking skin surgery, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our patients.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with administrative, nursing, and medical colleagues to deliver a high-quality, responsive, and compassionate service to every patient.

Key responsibilities include managing clinic bookings, maintaining waiting lists, and supporting the team to meet referral-to-treatment, diagnostic, and cancer performance targets. Your contribution will directly impact patient experience and help deliver timely care.

We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive training alongside ongoing support and development opportunities to help you grow in the role.

  • To cross-cover as required in the event of absence of colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
