We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a communicative Booking Coordinator to join the London office of Global Bank.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage meeting room booking requests received via telephone, email, and internal messaging platforms.
- Schedule meeting rooms and maintain accurate booking calendars to maximise room utilisation.
- Coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings, training sessions, and client events.
- Confirm, amend, and cancel bookings, communicating updates promptly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve booking conflicts and accommodate urgent or last-minute requests.

- Previous experience working with bookings in a hospitality or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
