Make a positive difference every day
At Serco, we're pleased to be recruiting on behalf of Leisure Solutions Community Trust (LSCT).
Leisure Solutions Community Trust encourages active, healthy lifestyles across the local community. Providing affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities in a safe, clean, friendly and welcoming space, their goal is to support healthier and happier lives for everyone. Delivering these services relies on an enthusiastic, customer-focused team, and they're now looking for a Bookings & Events Administrator to join their team and help make a positive difference every day.

As a Bookings & Events Administrator, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of leisure facilities by managing bookings, coordinating events, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your work will have purpose, creating a positive impact on communities by helping local people, clubs, organisations, and businesses access facilities that support health, wellbeing, participation, and connection. You'll play a key role in building trust with customers while helping to create impactful solutions that support growth and help impact a better future. Based on the stadium site, you'll work closely with colleagues and customers to ensure every booking and event is delivered with care, accuracy, and pride.

What you’ll do as a Bookings & Events Administrator

  • Manage bookings for sports facilities, courts, studios, meeting rooms, and event spaces, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Respond to enquiries by phone, email, and in person, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and providing excellent customer service throughout.
  • Plan, organise, and coordinate a variety of events, including tournaments, classes, community activities, private hire functions, and corporate events.
  • Act as a key point of contact for event organisers and customers, working with colleagues to ensure events run successfully.
  • Process payments, maintain booking and event documentation, prepare contracts of hire, and support reporting activities.
  • Support health and safety, safeguarding, and operational procedures to help ensure facilities and events are managed safely and effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
