Role Summary

We are seeking a Booking Services Coordinator to assist with organizing and managing travel reservations while supporting a smooth client experience. This role focuses on scheduling accuracy, reservation coordination, and maintaining clear communication throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel bookings, including accommodations, transportation, and itinerary components
  • Review reservation details and confirmations for accuracy
  • Assist with itinerary updates and booking adjustments as needed
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding travel information and scheduling
  • Work with travel vendors and partners to confirm reservations and availability
  • Maintain organized booking records and client documentation
