Role Summary
We are seeking a Booking Services Coordinator to assist with organizing and managing travel reservations while supporting a smooth client experience. This role focuses on scheduling accuracy, reservation coordination, and maintaining clear communication throughout the booking process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel bookings, including accommodations, transportation, and itinerary components
- Review reservation details and confirmations for accuracy
- Assist with itinerary updates and booking adjustments as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding travel information and scheduling
- Work with travel vendors and partners to confirm reservations and availability
- Maintain organized booking records and client documentation

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and documentation
- Comfortable navigating online booking platforms and digital systems
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively
- Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or administrative support is beneficial
