- Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role
- Provide the best possible experience to patients experiencing cognitive behavioural therapy
- Support every step of the patient journey, from referral to discharge
- Make sure that Nuffield Health exceeds customer expectations
- Liaise with patients and therapists to book appointments and ensure the best use of everyone’s time
- Enjoy a varied range of responsibilities – from creating case files and reviewing assessment reports, to arranging travel and accommodation for therapists and patients
