Job Opportunity: Administration Team Member
We are looking for driven and proactive individuals to join our administration team to coordinate bookings for domestic energy assessors, floor planners, and property photographers. Experience in an administrative role is desirable but not required. If you are organized, reliable, and eager to learn, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: £26,400 + uncapped bonus
Location: Teddington
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors, landlords, tenants, and offices to book appointments.
- Ensure accurate data entry into calendars.
- Provide flexible cover for team members during annual leave and absences.
- Process payments and create invoices for services rendered when necessary.
- Assist the field team as required.
- Answering phone calls and when necessary taking messages and passing accurate information to the right people.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
