SHUFFLE CLUB

Bookings & Events Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Make your next career move count.
Join the competitive socialising revolution - the future of hospitality.

We're looking for a Bookings & Events Manager to take ownership of our pre-booked sales pipeline, with a primary focus on managing and converting inbound enquiries into unforgettable experiences. You'll build relationships with our guests, maximise every sales opportunity, and work closely with our venue teams to ensure every booking is delivered seamlessly. Alongside managing reactive enquiries, you'll also support proactive sales activity, helping drive new business and maximise revenue.

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have a commercial mindset, and love turning enquiries into bookings, we'd love to hear from you.

Who We Are

Shuffle Club is a slice of Miami, right in the heart of Shoreditch, bringing the hugely popular games of deck and table shuffleboard, creative cocktails, and delicious bites to London under one vibrant roof. With karaoke as our newest addition, we've turned up the volume on our all-round entertainment experience.

Set across three stunning floors with a 450-capacity venue and a rooftop bar for year-round enjoyment, we're a hub of high-energy socialising, welcoming everyone from competitive game-lovers to partygoers and corporate clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
