We're looking for a Bookings Officer to join the friendly Customer Service Team at Enabled Living. In this varied role, you'll coordinate equipment deliveries, collections, repairs, and servicing that help residents live safely and independently at home.

What you'll do

  • Schedule and manage equipment deliveries, collections, and repairs
  • Be a key point of contact for residents, carers, and healthcare professionals
  • Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and clinical teams to keep services running smoothly
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Deliver excellent customer service across phone, email, and online
