About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience and be confident in handling day-to-day financial transactions while maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and maintain purchase invoices accurately in the accounting system.
- Record and reconcile supplier purchases and accounts.
- Process and monitor bank deposits and banking transactions.
- Handle daily bookkeeping and account management tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end financial processes and reporting.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support the finance team with administrative and accounting duties as required.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting procedures.
- Experience using accounting software (such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
