Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and screening applications to conducting interviews and reference checks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely data management.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining professional communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company's values and culture.
- Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve hiring strategies.
