About The Role

Qualifications

Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is highly preferred, with a proven track record of successful placements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is advantageous. A proactive attitude, resilience, and a passion for the industry are also key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client requirements and organizational culture to ensure the best candidate matches.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide strategic advice and insights.
  • Continuously build and expand a network of industry professionals to support ongoing recruitment needs.
