Role Description

This part-time Bookkeeper role is an on-site position based in Hay-On-Wye. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including recording daily transactions, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts. The role includes assisting with the preparation of financial statements, monitoring income and expenses, and supporting basic budgeting and cash flow tracking. The Bookkeeper will also work with accounting software to manage invoices, receipts, and supplier payments, while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations. Collaboration with management to provide clear financial information and support decision-making is an important part of the day-to-day work.
