About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Recruitment Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to presenting suitable matches to clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client requirements, identifying top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. A results-driven mindset and a passion for talent acquisition are key attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client needs
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate and client interactions within our CRM system and generating reports to track recruitment progress
- Staying informed about industry trends and continuously expanding your network to source top talent and maintain a competitive edge
