The Role

You will be responsible for a range of transactional finance duties, helping to ensure the smooth and accurate running of the accounts function.

Key Responsibilities As Bookkeeper Will Include

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Managing bank reconciliations
  • Processing payments and receipts
  • Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assisting with month-end processes
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Providing general support to the wider finance team as required

  • Previous experience in a bookkeeping or similar finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Good Excel skills
