We are a small but growing firm of accountants and business advisers. We are looking to recruit an experienced bookkeeper.
Applicants with previous experience in an accountancy practice will have an advantage but industry experience will also be considered.
You will be part of a friendly team that provides an outstanding quality of service to our clients throughout all areas and sectors. You will be working on clients that include retail, property management, service industry, and family-owned businesses.
The main duties will include:
- Assist with Financial Accounts preparation
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Bank & sales/purchase ledger reconciliations
- Assisting with analysis work
- Providing bookkeeping services to a variety of clients

Required skills/knowledge:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role within an accountancy firm or industry is essential.
- Good IT knowledge will be required, Sage50, Xero, and Excel are essential.
