We are delighted to be recruiting a Bookkeeper for a fast-growth music business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented finance professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative, international environment.
Offering fully remote working, this position will support the CFO and Finance Manager. You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function including AP, AR, VAT, reconciliations, and month-end.

The Role
- Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Match invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation where required.
- Raise and issue customer invoices.
- Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Post journals and support balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support VAT and other statutory reporting where applicable.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Produce ad hoc financial reports and analysis.

The Successful Candidate
- Minimum 3 years in an accounting position.
- A solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of VAT and general bookkeeping principles.
