About The Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software is preferred. A proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively are critical for success in this role. Candidates should also demonstrate a strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Responsibilities
