Full-Time or Part-Time | TTC Medical Ltd | Bathgate
TTC Medical is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Bookkeeper / Accounts professional to join our small, friendly team.
The key requirement is a proven track record using Xero. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply process transactions, but understands how to make the finance function efficient, automated and genuinely useful to the business.
You should be confident with:
- Xero - strong practical experience essential
- Maintaining the books accurately through to trial balance
- Bank reconciliations, purchase and sales ledgers
- VAT and routine financial controls
- Credit control and cash-flow monitoring
- Payroll/accounting integrations
- Producing clear and accurate monthly management reports
- Using the latest Xero apps, automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual administration
- Providing directors with clear, useful financial information

Salary/rate: Competitive and dependent on experience.
