About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and mitigate risks effectively. The IT Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall is essential. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end project management activities, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and establish clear deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Manage project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and post-project evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
