Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of relevant education, experience, and skills, including but not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding client requirements and developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the database.
- Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively.
