Bookkeeper & Office Manager
About Traniss Group Ltd
Traniss Group Ltd is a growing UK business currently operating across two principal service areas: bespoke travel services and management consultancy.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper & Office Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration while supporting the smooth running of our business operations.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the company's day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration, alongside office management and general business administration.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can work independently, take ownership of their responsibilities and establish effective day-to-day processes within a growing business. We are looking for an experienced individual who is confident managing bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
