About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at SI Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various industry sectors, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of SI Recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office applications.
  • Proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices and understanding of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various sectors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth interview and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and vacancy records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to attract top talent.
