About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at SI Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various industry sectors, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office applications.
- Proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices and understanding of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across various sectors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth interview and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and vacancy records within the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to attract top talent.
