Role Overview

Our client, a London-based investment management firm focused on renewable energy assets, is looking to hire a Bookkeeper to support the finance function across its operating portfolio. Based near Bank and working a hybrid pattern of three days a week in the office, this role sits within a firm of around 500 staff and offers exposure to the operational finance of renewable infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping across renewable asset entities
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns
  • Processing of transactional finance (accounts payable and receivable)
  • Cash management, including monitoring and reconciling cash positions across entities
  • Supporting the month-end close process, including journals and reconciliations

Candidate Requirements

  • Circa 10 years' bookkeeping experience, ideally within investment management, energy or infrastructure
  • Fluent Swedish speaker
  • Comfortable managing cash management and month-end responsibilities across multiple entities
  • High attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
