About the Role
- Full-time or part-time considered — flexible for the right candidate
- Remote/hybrid working (no fixed office base at this time)
- Competitive salary, based on experience
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping: sales/purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations, and general financial record-keeping
- Process invoices and payments across both project-based and contract work
- Support with job costing and margin tracking on installs and service jobs
- Prepare VAT returns and liaise with our accountant
- Assist with payroll processing
- Help improve financial visibility and reporting as the business grows

What We're Looking For
- Proven bookkeeping experience (construction, trades, or field-service industry a plus)
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with accounting software (we currently use Xero)
- Experience with simpro would be favourable
- Good communication skills — you'll be liaising with our team and external accountants
