This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Promise Inclusion.
We have a great part-time opportunity for a Bookkeeper/Finance Administrator at our office in Denmark Street, Wokingham. You will maintain the accounts on Sage and be responsible for the financial accounts of Promise Inclusion and its projects.
- Working alongside and in liaison with the CEO, Treasurer and the Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for raising invoices as required, maintaining double entry bookkeeping on Sage 50, assisting with the monthly payroll spreadsheet, credit card and account transactions, producing financial reports and maintaining information on our CRM system.
- You will develop and maintain good partnership working with key organisations, partners, members and the public.
Closing Date: We will assess applications as they are returned to us.
