An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Bookkeeper / Management Accountant to join an established and forward-thinking professional practice in NW London.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day accounts function while also supporting the preparation of management accounts and wider financial reporting.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, sales and purchase ledgers.
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Credit control and debt management.
- Assist with VAT, payroll and pension requirements.
- Support budgeting, cash flow and forecasting.
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
- Help improve processes through technology, automation and AI.
- Provide general support to the Financial Controller and assist with ad hoc projects.

About You:
- Previous experience in a Bookkeeper, Management Accountant or similar role.
- AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or QBE.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Xero, Sage or similar.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and management accounts.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in AI and automation.
- Professional services experience desirable.
- Organised, hands-on and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
