"Counter Manager" – Preste Beauty Retail Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates, driving exceptional sales, customer service, and operational excellence. This is a Chief Executive Officer role for your own store—a chance to exceed targets through recruitment, retention, strategic branding, in-store events, CRM efforts, and building a top-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to attract, retain, and delight customers through:

Industry/Technical Knowledge

  • Retail sales experience (preferably in beauty/fashion)
  • Proven team leadership (role size-dependent for career readiness)
  • Strategic planning & execution— balancing targets, growth & commercial realities
  • Financial foresight—Ability to create budgets, manage resources, and drive profitability
  • Tech savvy: Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with computerised point-of-sale systems
