Counter Manager – Prestige Beauty Role

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Counter Manager to lead, mentor, and develop our Sales Associates, driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership as a store’s Chief Executive Officer, delivering an agile business plan to attract and retain customers through:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet sales, service, and operational targets
  • Develop and execute a store-wide business plan focused on customer acquisition and retention
  • Plan and deliver impactful in-store events aligned with brand and strategic objectives
  • Build lasting customer relationships through personalised experiences
  • Drive financial planning and resource management, ensuring result-driven decision-making
  • Manage day-to-day operations to optimise store performance

  • Proven retail sales experience in fast-paced environments

  • Experience in:

    • Event management
    • Working with computerised systems (e.g., email, MS Excel, POS software)

Soft Skills
