Counter Manager – Prestige Beauty Retail

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our Sales Associates, driving excellence in sales, customer service, and operational performance.

About the Role

Candidates must demonstrate proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment. This opportunity allows you to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your own store, with full accountability for:

  • Creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers
  • Leveraging strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional CRM
  • Leading a high-performing team through strategic coaching and development

If you are an ambitious self-starter with a passion for business planning and coaching others to reach their full potential, this role offers the first step in a long-term, fulfilling career in the prestige beauty industry.

Many of our field executives and senior managers began their careers at point-of-sale management in this all-round role, gaining experience in:

  • Business planning & consumer insights
  • Event management
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Frontline marketing

  • Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources efficiently
  • Strong working knowledge of computerised systems, including:
    • Email
    • Microsoft Excel
