Main Purpose of Job
The responsibilities are to manage the end-to-end processing of bordereaux, ensuring data is accurate, compliant, and uploaded correctly into internal systems. The role includes maintaining trackers, monitoring shared mailboxes, resolving queries with Coverholders, Brokers, and internal teams, and identifying data issues or breaches for escalation. It also supports Underwriters with binder performance and contributes to wider Delegated Authority team activities.
Key Tasks
- Receive, review, and process incoming Risk and Paid BDX from Coverholders / Brokers in line with Binding Authority Agreements.
- Ensure data quality is in line with Lloyds Coverholder Reporting Standards and V5.2 Template.
- Cleanse, map, and upload bordereaux into our BDX Management System – VIPR.
- Maintain Bordereaux Trackers in place to monitor receipt of data and query resolution.
- Identify and investigate anomalies, missing data, and contract breaches.
- BDX mailboxes to be monitored daily, to ensure Broker, Coverholder, and Underwriting BDX queries are actioned, and files are saved in the correct folders for processing.
- Liaise with internal teams, including Underwriting, Credit Control, and Claims, in addition to Coverholders and Brokers.
- Support Underwriters in monitoring binder performance.
- Highlight and escalate persistent data or performance issues.
- Assist in cross-training to other members of the Bordereaux team.
- Support the wider DA Team as required.

Educational Level, Key Technical Skills, Knowledge, and Professional Qualifications Required
- A Levels or equivalent.
- Strong Excel Skills.
- Experience with working with VIPR, or an alternative Bordereaux Management System, would be advantageous but not necessarily essential.
Risk and Compliance Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant PRA and FCA conduct rules.
