Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) Bordereaux Analyst
Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is recruiting for a permanent Bordereaux Analyst to join our Data Management team in London. Reporting to the Bordereaux Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management of binder data, ensuring the business has accurate and timely information to facilitate reporting, analysis, and operational decision-making. You will work closely with Underwriters, Claims teams, Coverholders, and Brokers to maintain data quality, process bordereaux, and support the effective administration of delegated authority business.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately processing risk, premium, and claims bordereaux data into TMK's systems in a timely manner.
- Submitting bordereaux to the Bordereaux Management System for data processing and validation.
- Creating and maintaining risk and premium mapping templates for new and existing binders.
- Conducting validation checks on binder data and resolving data quality issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Working with Brokers, Coverholders, Underwriters, and Claims colleagues to improve bordereaux data quality and completeness.
- Supporting the administration of claims bordereaux, including monitoring submissions and liaising with Claims teams regarding outstanding information.
- Performing quality control reviews of mapping templates produced by outsourced service providers.
- Assisting with the management of team inboxes and responding to data-related queries.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance data management practices.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and tasks across the Data Management function as required.
- To be aware of and comply with regulatory requirements from the various governing bodies relevant to insurance business and TMK, and to keep up to date with regulatory changes and how they affect our function.

What We're Looking For
- Experience mapping and processing risk and premium bordereaux within a bordereaux management system.
- Knowledge of risk, premium, and claims bordereaux, including Lloyd's V5.2 standards.
- A sound understanding of delegated authority business and the London Insurance Market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely outputs.
- Experience working within the London Insurance Market would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Delegated Data Manager (DDM/Tide) and Tokio Marine systems would be beneficial.
- Experience working with outsourced service providers would be advantageous.
