Bothy Host (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for Bothy Host (Maternity Cover) for our wonderful Bothy.

This position is Maternity Cover due to finish around October 2027.

As a key member of the team you will endeavour to offer this opportunity to every visitor and in every interaction that takes place at the Bothy. To understand and share the slow time of Heckfield estate and weave the Bothy into its landscape, connecting all back to nature.

The position will offer you an opportunity to work on a beautiful country estate and be a part of an exceptional team which strive to deliver exceptional customer service to each other and guests.

Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

• Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all guests
• Maintain the highest standard of guest service by following the Bothy Protocols and displaying genuine care and attention to detail.
• Conduct tours for Bothy guests. Act as an ambassador for the Bothy at all times.
• Consistently record guest preferences accurately updating guest profiles and communicating any relevant information to colleagues.
• Ensure guest confidentiality is maintained at all times including data protection, medical details, and any information provided in confidence by the client.
• Excellent oral and written English communicational skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Good computer skills
• Co-ordinate guest consultation records with therapists and ensure all necessary information of guests are shared with therapist in time
• Ensure you feel fully confident in all aspects of the spa operational system
• Complete daily opening and closing procedures as per operating manual
• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and communicated
• Maintain a good knowledge of all aspects of Heckfield Place.
