About the Role
Pinarello are a renowned brand in the cycling industry, with a rich pedigree in producing Grand Tour winning bicycles. It is an incredibly exciting time to join our growing team. The London store underwent a significant refit over last winter, cementing itself as the leading flagship bicycle brand store in the heart of the West End. The store is the window for the brand globally and the role we are hiring for is a key part of this providing an excellent standard of customer service and advice.
What We're Looking For
An enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with a strong passion for the cycling industry. A person who is also willing to be a team member with a strong detail-oriented approach, meticulous in their approach and takes great pride in their work. Ideally they will have experience in a customer facing role. Prior experience in the cycling industry would be an advantage.

General Duties
- To proactively merchandise and fill displays as necessary and present products appropriately with correct prices, and help keep all areas clean and tidy.
- To conduct weekly stockcounts to help ensure accuracy of sales movements.
- To serve customers showing high standards of customer care at all times, providing a helpful and friendly service, in order to maximise sales and profit.
- To work with EPOS systems to process customer orders, and to help handle sales enquiries including calls and emails.
- To work effectively as part of a team, with the ability to communicate well with customers, other team members and management.

Hours
The store operates a 40 hour/5 day week on a rota basis (Tuesday – Sunday), including Bank Holidays. Time in lieu is offered when required.
