Job Description

We are currently seeking a Client Advisor who will report to the Assistant Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Heathrow T5.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Client Advisor is entrusted with the mission to advise clients on collections and shares their passion for the brand in order to build strong relationships with them and to create joyful, personalized, and memorable experiences.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You perform with energy and passion and are proactive and flexible
  • You are able to improve KPIs and effectively close sales.
  • You Understand luxury, the collections and fashion trends.
  • Able to create an engaging and emotional client experience offering the best-in-class service, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • You Embrace the clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationship with clients, understand their needs and advise on styling
  • You are able to utilize multiple technologies and sales channels
  • You have a positive approach, contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, seek support from and provides support to colleagues.
  • You apply company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • You support with stockroom duties
