Job Description

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our Iconic team in Sloane Street. This role will report directly to the Retail Manager and will play a key part in building, shaping, and inspiring a new team from the ground up.

Your opportunity

  • Form an integral part of the Retail Management team, providing continuous support on the shop floor whilst contributing to sales turnover.
  • Work alongside the retail selling team to drive business goals and performance, ensuring exceptional service standards and maintaining a clear brand focus.

How you will contribute

  • Lead sales performance by actively engaging on the selling floor, driving customer satisfaction, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales targets, P&L goals, and KPIs, while analyzing performance and ensuring follow-up with HQ initiatives.
  • Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain top talent by fostering a positive work environment, coaching teams, managing individual development, and creating structured growth plans.
  • Build strong client relationships, oversee clientelling strategies, manage VIPs and top clients, and ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience.
  • Promote and uphold the brand culture, values, and qualitative standards internally and externally, ensuring consistent service excellence.
  • Ensure the store environment, visual merchandising, team behavior, and overall atmosphere fully align with brand and corporate standards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and local business activity, sharing insights with staff and leadership to remain competitive and relevant.
  • Provide clear, high-quality reporting and feedback to HQ and communicate key local insights to senior management.
  • Oversee operational excellence, including administration, safety, legal compliance, inventory, stock management, and asset protection.
  • Continuously challenge and optimize processes.

Who you are

  • Significant experience in luxury retail
  • Successful experience in a managerial position with a turnover of at least £6m
  • Strategical mindset
  • High sensitivity to customer experiences and loyalty
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, persuasiveness
  • Precision, organizational skills
  • Adaptability, openness, risk taking, dynamic, listening abilities, curiosity
  • High availability, responsiveness
  • Certified coaching and leadership skills would be highly advantageous
  • Product and Fashion sensitivity
  • Mastering computer skills (Word and Excel)
