Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique London Apprenticeship

This is a unique 2-year apprenticeship in Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique in London. You will be supporting the Boutique team on front of house related activities and receive training in the areas of customer service, customer insights, organisational and communication skills, along with business awareness.

What you'll do at work:

  • Assist Sales Associates during presentations (welcome clients, serve the drinks, bring products)
  • Prepare & wrap products
  • Process the sales (prepare product related documents, follow payment procedures)
  • Support sales team in their daily clientele activities
  • Follow Brand visual identity guidelines (visual merchandising, day-to-day maintenance)
  • Provide support for event organisation
  • Assist Sales Associates during CS presentations
  • Perform CS activities allowed in the boutique (shining, engraving)
  • Welcome client and ease their waiting (offer drinks, show catalogues, tour of the boutique, inform on waiting time…)
  • Review and set-up the workspace
  • Check daily the cleaning of counters, displays, and windows
  • Review and set-up back-office sales tools (catalogues, boxes)
  • Monitor supply stock (consumables, drinks, stationery)

Training schedule:

Customer Service Specialist Level 3.

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
