About The Role

Fleet Plummer is excited to announce a brand-new position on our creative leadership team! We are looking for a highly creative, fashion-forward individual to help shape the visual and retail experience of our women’s boutique, men’s boutique, gifts, as well as our famous Christmas departments. If you are looking for a place to put your artistic talents and design desires to work within a growing, family-owned business with a 77-year legacy, this position might be for you. You will be a core member of our buying team, helping curate beautiful items, bringing them to life on the floor, and connecting directly with our customers.

What You Will Do

  • Market Buying & Sourcing: Travel to and attend industry markets alongside our buying team to help select the best fashion, accessories, decor, and gifts.
  • Creative Merchandising: Help the visual store direction by unboxing new arrivals, styling merchandise, and building engaging, beautiful floor displays.
  • Retail Sales & Styling: Work hands-on on the retail floor, assisting customers and helping them find their absolute perfect fit.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our amazing existing staff to support the continued growth and expansion of our boutique departments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
