This is a rare succession appointment following the retirement of a highly regarded, long-serving incumbent. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the house’s London boutique, becoming a trusted custodian of its clients, culture and highly individual creative identity. The house creates exceptional jewellery, sculpture and collectible objects distinguished by craftsmanship, storytelling and a deep connection to the natural world. Its clientele includes discerning international collectors, entrepreneurs, family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

About the Role

The appointment requires more than conventional retail management. We are seeking an established luxury professional who can combine commercial leadership with warmth, discretion, cultural sensitivity and genuine intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial and operational performance of the London boutique.
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with existing and prospective private clients.
  • Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised client experience across boutique appointments, private consultations, events and commissioned pieces.
  • Represent the history, craftsmanship, values and creative language of the house with authenticity.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service, clienteling and operational discipline.
  • Manage sales performance, client development, reporting, stock and day-to-day boutique operations.
  • Work closely and directly with the owning family and senior leadership.
  • Cultivate relationships across the worlds of luxury, art, design, travel, conservation and private wealth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
