The Boutique Manager role is an exciting opportunity to help drive our retail experience, leading your team to deliver exceptional service that makes our brand’s story resonate with every customer.

What you’ll do

As a leader at Monica Vinader, you will be the heartbeat of your boutique, creating a space for memorable experiences. Your day is a blend of commercial execution and genuine connection: you’ll cultivate a high-performing, inclusive team, translate our brand vision into exceptional client experiences, and deliver results with a focus on key metrics. You are a coach and a brand ambassador, empowering your team to deliver service that reflects the quality of our jewellery.

Driving Sales & Productivity

  • Lead your team with an ambitious, commercial mindset, motivating them to deliver and exceed store goals and targets
  • Set and track clear monthly targets for each team member, driving accountability across the boutique
  • Read your KPIs with insight and translate them into clear, actionable priorities, demonstrating strong understanding of product performance, highlights and opportunities
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to grow the business across product, services, events and staffing, optimising resource to drive productivity
  • Stay aware of market and competitor activity and adjust your strategy accordingly

Building a High-Performing Team

  • Set clear expectations and communicate with clarity, consistency and motivation through morning briefs, floor coaching, contests and incentives
  • Build a high-performing, inclusive team, actively planning for succession and future talent
  • Recognise and motivate those doing well, and address underperformance promptly and fairly, holding people accountable while protecting humanity, respect and psychological safety
  • Partner proactively with head-office teams and collaborate with other stores to share feedback and chase opportunities
  • Lead your team through change with empathy and clarity, and encourage and act on feedback from pulse surveys and team meetings

Elevating Service Excellence & Clienteling

  • Champion a culture of service excellence and clienteling, elevating the art of relationship-building across your team
  • Proactively grow the loyal client base through hosting and cultivating high-potential clients, and lead tailored revenue activations that reflect local client needs
  • Act as a Client Ambassador, modelling the experience you expect and coaching your team to deliver on the three acts of the MV Experience
  • Observe client interactions in real time and coach your team to personalise experiences and create surprise-and-delight moments
  • Turn escalations into loyalty moments through grace, speed and ownership

Driving Operational Excellence

  • Ensure efficiency in store operations and stock management, embodying MV luxury standards in your presence, behaviour and communication
  • Uphold high standards across visual merchandising, store maintenance and grooming with strong attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with all MV procedures and policies, leading with intention and staying anchored in what truly matters
  • Plan proactively and work with discipline, focus and consistency, staying calm, resilient and action-oriented under pressure

Travel Requirements

Infrequent travel to our Norfolk / London office may be required.
