BOUTIQUE MANAGER
We are looking for an exceptional London Boutique Manager to lead the day-to-day operation and client experience of our London boutique.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that luxury retail is about much more than selling. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional and highly personal experience for every client, while driving boutique performance, developing long-term client relationships, and leading the boutique team.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly polished, and naturally warm, with the ability to build genuine relationships with discerning and high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Boutique Leadership
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the London boutique.
- Ensure the boutique is consistently presented to the highest standards.
- Lead opening and closing procedures and ensure all security and operational protocols are followed.
- Maintain rigorous standards for the handling, presentation, and security of the jewelry.
- Ensure the boutique environment reflects the standards and identity of Nada Ghazal Fine Jewelry.
Client Experience
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury experience to every client.
- Lead and oversee private client appointments and ensure each client receives a thoughtful and highly individual experience.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop strong relationships with high-value and VIP clients.
- Ensure every meaningful client interaction is followed up appropriately.
- Anticipate client needs and create opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand.

Sales & Performance
- Take ownership of boutique sales performance and agreed targets.
- Convert appointments, enquiries, and walk-in opportunities into sales.
- Develop opportunities for repeat purchases, cross-selling, and client development.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor boutique performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and sales.
- Work closely with the Founder and Head of Sales & Marketing on priority clients and commercial opportunities.
Clienteling
- Develop a proactive clienteling culture within the boutique.
- Ensure client information, preferences, and interactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain regular and meaningful contact with clients beyond their initial purchase.
- Follow up with clients around new collections, special occasions, and relevant pieces.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support client re-engagement initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop the boutique Customer Experience team.
- Manage schedules, floor coverage, and daily responsibilities.
- Set and maintain high standards of client service and selling.
- Coach the team on product knowledge, clienteling, and luxury selling.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellence.
Appointments & Events
- Coordinate and oversee boutique appointments, private previews, and client events.
- Support activations and other London events.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience before, during, and after events.
- Ensure all event leads are appropriately followed up and developed.

Stock & Boutique Operations
- Maintain accurate boutique stock control and records.
- Coordinate stock movements with the Beirut team and other locations.
- Ensure jewelry is handled and stored in accordance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate client orders, deliveries, and collections.
- Work with the Operations and Production teams to ensure client orders are progressing as expected.
- Escalate any operational, production, or client issues appropriately and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or a premium client-facing environment.
- Proven experience managing a luxury boutique or high-performing retail team.
- Strong track record in sales and client relationship management.
- A natural ability to build genuine, long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury service and selling.
- Highly polished, warm, and confident, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Commercially aware, with strong attention to detail and accountability for results.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Jewelry experience is highly desirable.
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
