We are seeking a passionate and polished Sales Advisor with a strong aptitude for client relationship management (CRM) to elevate our in-store client experience and build lasting brand loyalty.
You will be based full-time at Sloane Square, London
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Sales & Luxury Styling
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service reflective of the Really Wild brand ethos.
- Act as a brand ambassador, guiding customers through our luxury collections with deep product knowledge regarding our sustainable materials and British heritage.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
CRM & Clienteling Champion
- Take ownership of the in-store CRM program, capturing accurate customer data and preferences to build rich client profiles.
- Drive client retention by initiating proactive outreach (e.g., personalized wishlists, new collection arrivals, private styling appointments, and trunk shows).
- Manage follow-up communications, thank-you notes, and digital clienteling campaigns via the brand's CRM tools to nurture long-term relationships.
- Analyse basic CRM metrics and footfall patterns to help plan targeted outreach events and client incentives.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards across the boutique, ensuring displays reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and processing click-and-collect orders or digital inquiries seamlessly.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2+ years of retail experience in luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion.
- CRM & Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience utilizing retail CRM systems, digital clienteling tools, and POS software. Comfortable capturing data organically and using insights to drive sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional telephone and email manner.
- Brand Alignment: A genuine appreciation for British heritage style, outdoor lifestyle, luxury fabrics (tweed, cashmere, silk), and sustainable fashion.
- Customer-Centric: Warm, engaging demeanor with a natural talent for building rapport and long-lasting connections with a discerning clientele.
