STORE MANAGER – LONDON
Accessories Boutique

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing contemporary accessories brand as Store Manager of its London boutique.

This would be a fantastic next step for an experienced Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor who is ready to progress into their first Store Manager position and take ownership of a boutique, its team and commercial performance.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, creating an exceptional and highly personalised customer experience while inspiring your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for driving store performance, monitoring KPIs and identifying creative opportunities to increase sales, customer loyalty and local engagement.

You will recruit, coach and develop the store team, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of their individual goals and the support needed to achieve them. You will also oversee visual merchandising, stock management, deliveries, audits, rotas, payroll information and all day-to-day store operations.

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience within a premium, contemporary or luxury retail environment. You will be commercially focused, confident using store KPIs and passionate about developing both people and customer relationships.

You will be:

  • An experienced Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or existing Store Manager
  • Sales-driven, commercially aware and motivated by results
  • Confident coaching, developing and inspiring a retail team
  • Experienced in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable managing KPIs, CRM, stock, rotas and store operations
  • Strong in visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
  • Proactive, positive and solutions-focused, with a genuine “can-do” attitude
