Aranyani is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to grow with us.
As an independent luxury brand, Aranyani is built on craftsmanship, individuality, and a highly personalised approach to client experience. As we enter our next stage of growth, we are seeking an exceptional Boutique Supervisor to become a key member of our team.
Working closely with our Boutique Manager & Business Development Manager, you will take an active role in the day-to-day boutique experience, inspiring the team, driving commercial performance, and cultivating meaningful, long-term relationships with our clients.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the expectations of a luxury environment, leads naturally from the boutique floor, and is ready to take greater ownership and responsibility.
At Aranyani, luxury goes beyond the product. It is about how every client is welcomed, understood, advised, and remembered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of the boutique, taking full responsibility in their absence
- Lead, motivate and develop the team, setting the standard through your own performance and client engagement
- Drive individual and boutique sales performance, maintaining a strong focus on commercial objectives and results
- Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised experience, ensuring Aranyani's standards are consistently upheld
- Build, develop and retain strong client relationships through proactive clienteling and thoughtful follow-up
- Oversee daily boutique priorities, client appointments, team deployment and workflow to ensure a seamless operation
- Maintain impeccable standards across boutique presentation, service, professionalism, and communication
- Handle client matters confidentially and with discretion, ensuring appropriate resolution and follow-up
- Work closely with the Boutique Manager on client development, events, and initiatives that support the continued growth of the business
- Provide clear feedback on team performance, client activity, and boutique operations, identifying opportunities to strengthen both commercial performance and client journey

About You
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded luxury retail professional who brings confidence, discretion, and a genuine understanding of exceptional client service. You will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience within luxury retail or a premium client-focused environment, with supervisory, senior sales, or team-lead experience strongly preferred.
